Ear infections

Otitis or middle ear infection is one of the best treated pathologies in Chiropractic with incredible results on chronic otitis (on antibiotics for 1 year or more) or acute cases (we can often contain the problem even with a high fever). In our practice, we are often confronted with this infection with very good results.

The role of chiropractic adjustments in the treatment of 332 children with otitis media. Fallon, JM; Journal of clinical Chiropractic Pediatrics Vol 2, No 2 1997 p. 167-183.

The children ranged in age from 27 days to 5 years, and had acute or chronic otitis or both. In all cases, recovery was achieved in just a few sessions. Recurrence after 6 months was only 11% for acute cases and 16% for chronic cases.

Note: 311 children had already taken antibiotics for their ear infections without success.
